Speeding up learning curves
Since 1999, we have had an active user group. The Group is run by the users and is a great environment to network and share ideas. The first 90 minutes of each meeting is reserved for customers only. After that, RedPrairie joins the meeting and hears the conclusions of the discussions. This gives us an effective forum to tackle challenges head on and for customers to help each other solve critical issues.
For example, if multiple customers are looking for similar enhancements to the system, we can gain an understanding of their requirements. In essence, the user group meetings help us to enhance and influence the product road map for the future.
User group meetings often take place on customer sites and this enables customers to see how other businesses operate and take away ideas that they use in their own sites.
User groups are available for:
- Supply Chain
- Workforce
- Execution Management
