Alok Singh
Alok Singh has served as Chairman of the Board since March 2010. Mr. Singh is a Managing Director of New Mountain Capital, a private equity investment firm based in New York. Mr. Singh is Chairman of Overland Solutions, Inc., lead director of Deltek Inc. and of Camber Corporation, and a director of Apptis, Inc., Validus Holdings, Ltd., Ikaria Holdings, Inc. and EverBank Financial Corp. He received his B.A. in economics and history from New York University in 1974 and his M.B.A. in Finance from New York University in 1975.
R. Michael Mayoras
Mr. Mayoras is the CEO of RedPrairie, a workforce, inventory and transportation productivity solutions provider that is installed in over 40,000 sites in more than 50 countries. In 2011, RedPrairie expanded the reach of its solutions suite with the acquisitions of Escalate Retail, Shippers Commonwealth, and SofTechnics. Prior to becoming CEO in 2007, Mayoras held a number of roles at RedPrairie including President of the Americas, EVP of Implementation Services and Support, and EVP for Product Development. From 2001 to 2004, he was President of DigiTerra, a wholly-owned subsidiary of CIBER, a publicly-traded enterprise application and technology consulting company. Mayoras has held several other executive and senior management positions in sales and operations for various organizations and has more than 25 years of experience in the technology, consulting and software industries.
Nanci E. Caldwell
Nanci E. Caldwell has served as a director since March 2010. From April 2001 to December 2004, Ms. Caldwell worked at PeopleSoft, serving as Senior Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer from April 2001 to January 2002, and as Executive Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer from January 2002 to December 2004. Prior to joining PeopleSoft in 2001, Ms. Caldwell was at Hewlett Packard for 19 years where she held various senior management positions. Ms. Caldwell is a director of Deltek, Inc., Citrix Systems, Inc., TIBCO Software, Inc., Live Ops, Inc., and Sophos, plc. Ms. Caldwell received her B.A. in Psychology from Queen’s University, Kingston, Canada and completed the University of Western Ontario’s Executive Marketing Management Program.
Martin Hiscox
Martin Hiscox has served as RedPrairie’s President International and has been a member of the Board since October 2007. He is responsible for the company’s EMEA and APAC regions. Mr. Hiscox joined RedPrairie in 2004, following the acquisition of Logistics Technology Group Limited, or LTG. From 2001 to 2004, Mr. Hiscox served as the Chief Executive Officer of LTG. Prior to that time, he was the Managing Director of Symbol Technologies UK and served with other companies in the information technology sector. Mr. Hiscox holds an M.B.A. from Henley Management College and Brunnel University, a higher national certificate in Computer Studies from the University of Surrey and is a chartered IT professional and member of the British Computer Society.
Lawrence V. Jackson
Lawrence V. Jackson has served as a director since March 2010. Mr. Jackson is a Senior Advisor with New Mountain Capital, a private equity firm based in New York. Previously he was President and Chief Executive Officer, Global Procurement of Wal-Mart. Prior to Wal-Mart, Mr. Jackson served as President and Chief Operating Officer at Dollar General and held various senior management positions at Safeway and PepsiCo. Mr. Jackson is Chairman of Sourcemark, LLC and a director of Assurant, Inc., Constar International, Inc., Oakleaf Global Holdings, Inc., Parsons Corporation, and ProLogis. Mr. Jackson received his B.A. in Economics from Harvard College in 1975 and his MBA from Harvard Business School in 1979.
Steven B. Klinsky
Steven B. Klinsky has served as a director since March 2010. Mr. Klinsky served as Founder and Chief Executive Officer of New Mountain Capital since its inception in 1999. Prior to 1999, Mr. Klinsky served as a General Partner and an Associate Partner with Forstmann Little & Co. and co-founded Goldman, Sachs & Co.’s Leveraged Buyout Group. He serves or has served on a number of boards, including Strayer, Inc., Deltek, Inc., General Instruments Corp., Ikaria Holdings, Inc., MailSouth, Inc., Apptis, Inc., and others. Mr. Klinsky received his B.A. in economics and political philosophy from the University of Michigan and his M.B.A. from Harvard Business School and his J.D. from Harvard Law School.
Thomas Manley
Thomas Manley has served as a director since March 2010. Previously he was Chief Financial Officer of Avaya Inc., a leading global provider of business communications applications, systems and services. Prior to Avaya, Mr. Manley was Chief Financial Officer and Senior Vice President, Administration, of Cognos (an IBM company). Prior to Cognos, he spent 18 years with Nortel Networks, most recently as Chief Financial Officer for the High Performance Optical Component Solutions Group. Mr. Manley is a director of Deltek, Inc. and DragonWave, Inc. He graduated with distinction from Carleton University in Ottawa, Canada where he received his B.S. in engineering. He received his M.B.A from Queen's University in Ottawa, Canada.
Peter Masucci
Peter Masucci has served as a director since March 2010. Mr. Masucci is a Director of New Mountain Capital, a private equity investment firm based in New York. He was previously associated with Kohlberg Kravis Roberts & Co. and the Mergers and Acquisitions and Corporate Finance Departments of Goldman, Sachs & Co., where he evaluated and executed a number of strategic transactions. Mr. Masucci is a director of Inmar, Inc. and Oakleaf Global Holdings, Inc. He received his BA with highest distinction in Finance with an Accounting emphasis from the University of Iowa and his MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business.
Tim Pawlenty
Tim Pawlenty has served as a director since October 2011. Mr. Pawlenty is the former Governor of Minnesota and well-established advocate for business. During his time as Governor of Minnesota, Mr. Pawlenty oversaw the interests of 5.2 million citizens and was responsible for a $50 billion biennial budget, 30,000 employees and more than 20 agencies and departments. Mr. Pawlenty received a B.A. from the University of Minnesota and Phi Beta Kappa and Phi Kappa Phi honors. He received his J.D. from the University of Minnesota Law School.
Janet R. Perna
Janet R. Perna has served as a director since March 2010. Ms. Perna served as General Manager of Information Management for IBM’s Software Group from November 1996 until her retirement on January 2006. Prior to November 1996, she held various other executive positions in IBM’s Software Group. Ms. Perna is a director of Deltek, Inc., Flexera Software and Varicent Software and is a member of the State University of New York at Oneonta Foundation Board. Ms. Perna received her B.S. degree in Mathematics from the State University of New York at Oneonta and has done graduate work at the University of Santa Clara.
