Sheetz implementation of RedPrairie Execution Management across 365 stores enables customer service improvement
MILWAUKEE, Wis. – RedPrairie Corporation, a productivity solutions provider, announced today that Sheetz, a convenience store chain based in Altoona, Pa., has experienced significant benefits from implementing RedPrairie's Execution Management solution at its more than 365 stores. Sheetz now has a ‘one source’ tool to send all actionable communications to the right stores at the appropriate time, with the added ability to escalate issues to corporate management.
"With Execution Management, our original intent was to provide our store management team with targeted operations based communications," says Jim Wenner, Sheetz VP of Information Technology. "Now, the solution has been adopted by all departments to improve our communication and execution at store level."
